How to Solve the Problem of Rotary Vibrating Screen Fails to start-up

As a fine screening equipment, rotary vibrating screen wins a high praise from customers. Rotary vibrating screen may fail to run properly due to various reasons in use process which will bring lots of inconvenience. Here PK Machinery will analyze the reasons: 

1.First you need to confirm with the customer the correct voltage and frequency with three-phase power supply.
2. If the motor is damaged, you need to replace the motor.
3. If the control circuit of electrical components is damage, you need to replace the electrical components
4. If voltage is insufficient, you can solve it by changing the power supply.
5. If there is too much material accumulated on the screen surface, you need to clear the materials on screen surface. 
6.If vibrating motor breaks down, you can troubleshoot by inspecting the motor. 
7.If grease inside the motor get thick lumped, you need to clean the motor then add proper grease.
